This Shipping Policy explains how we prepare, protect, and deliver our Humble Statues to your home or garden. Please read it carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from humblestatues.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
Once you place an order for any of our Humble Statues, our team begins a careful preparation process. Because each statue or sculpture is a unique piece of art, we do not use fully automated packing lines. Every order is reviewed individually. Order processing typically takes a certain number of business days, though this may vary during busy seasons such as holidays or new collection releases. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your parcel has left our facility.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. If you order multiple Humble Statues at once, we may combine them into one package to reduce waste and ensure safer transport. In rare cases, items from the same order may ship separately if they require different types of packing materials.
2. Packaging Standards
At humblestatues.com, we take packaging very seriously. Our Humble Statues are often made from delicate materials such as stone, resin, ceramic, or bronze. Therefore, each sculpture is wrapped in multiple layers of protection. First, the piece is covered in a soft, anti-static sleeve to prevent surface scratches. Then, it is placed inside a custom-fitted foam or recycled paper cushion. The outer box is made of double-walled cardboard for extra strength. Fragile labels are applied on all sides.
We also use sustainable packing materials whenever possible. You will find no single-use plastic foam peanuts from us. Instead, we use biodegradable starch-based fillers, recycled kraft paper, and corrugated cardboard inserts. While we prioritize the safety of your Humble Statues, we also care about the planet.
3. Shipping Destinations
Currently, humblestatues.com ships to a wide range of locations. During checkout, you will be able to see whether your address is within our shipping zones. If your location is not listed, please contact us through the website – we are gradually expanding our shipping network. For very remote areas, additional handling time may be required, but we will notify you before processing your order.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes for larger Humble Statues due to package size and insurance requirements. A physical street address is required for all orders containing statues over a certain weight or dimension.
4. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with reputable carriers that specialize in handling fragile art and home décor. The specific carrier depends on your location and the size of your order. For smaller Humble Statues, standard parcel services may be used. For larger or heavier sculptures, we use freight or specialty art couriers. All shipments include tracking and, for higher-value pieces, signature upon delivery. We do not leave parcels unattended unless you explicitly authorize it in writing.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your Humble Statues have been dispatched. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s system.
5. Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, and customs processing for international orders. While we provide estimated delivery windows at checkout, these are estimates only – not guarantees. humblestatues.com is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier strikes, customs holds, or other events outside our control. However, we will do our best to inform you of any significant delay once we become aware of it.
For urgent orders, please check the estimated delivery window before purchasing. We do not offer express or same-day shipping for Humble Statues because proper packing and handling cannot be rushed without risking damage to the artwork.
6. International Orders and Customs
If you are ordering Humble Statues from outside our domestic shipping region, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. humblestatues.com has no control over these fees and cannot predict them. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
We are required by law to declare the full value of the shipment on customs forms. We will not mark items as gifts or lower their value. Delays caused by customs inspections are beyond our control.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments
Your Humble Statues leave our facility in perfect condition. However, accidents during transit can sometimes occur. If your package arrives with visible external damage, please take photos before opening it. If the statue inside is damaged, contact us within a certain number of hours of delivery via the contact form on humblestatues.com. Include your order number, clear photos of the damage, and photos of the packaging. We will assess the situation and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
For lost shipments: If your tracking status shows as delivered but you have not received your Humble Statues, please first check with neighbors or building management. Then contact us within a certain number of days of the delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Note that investigation periods vary by carrier.
We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. If you live in an area with package theft, we strongly recommend selecting a delivery option that requires a signature, or having your Humble Statues shipped to a secure pickup location.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately through humblestatues.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct the address. If it has already been shipped, we cannot redirect the package, and you may need to file a claim with the carrier. Reshipment costs for incorrectly addressed orders are the buyer’s responsibility.
9. Insurance
All Humble Statues shipped from humblestatues.com are insured against damage or loss during transit up to the full purchase price. This insurance does not cover normal wear and tear, improper handling after delivery, or unauthorized returns. Filing a damage claim does not guarantee replacement if the same sculpture is no longer available, but we will offer a full refund or exchange where possible.
